Welcome to Signature Pillows. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Customer Information & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including billing address, shipping address, contact information (such as email and phone number), and payment details for every order. Accurate information is essential to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.

Custom Products & Return Policy

All Signature Pillows products are made to order and considered custom items. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, customers have three (3) business days upon receipt of their order to carefully inspect their products for any damage. In the event of damaged goods, Signature Pillows will promptly replace the defective items.

Order Processing & Payment

Orders are processed in the order they are received.We do not accept hold for confirmation. Orders must be placed with a valid credit card to proceed into production. Orders without valid payment details will result in processing delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within three (3) business days of the order being placed. Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be accommodated.

Stock Availability & Backorders

While we strive to ship orders complete, Signature Pillows will not hold up an order for a substantial amount of time if one or two pillows are made from fabric that is out of stock. In such cases, the unavailable items will be backordered and fulfilled once the fabric is available.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are primarily shipped via UPS. For larger orders, palletized shipments via Estes may be utilized at Signature Pillows’ discretion.

Shipping costs vary and will be calculated and charged at the time of shipping.

All pillows are wrapped and labeled for protection and easy identification upon delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Signature Pillows is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
