Signature Pillows traces its origins to a family upholstery business born out of a garage in Raleigh, North Carolina. It all began with a hobby—Timothy Stroud’s father enjoyed reupholstering furniture, carefully restoring and enhancing pieces with a meticulous, craftsman’s touch. That passion grew into a business, Stroud’s Upholstery, which Timothy and his sister would eventually take over.

The pivot to decorative pillows was inspired by their mother, whose vision for creating beautiful, handmade pillows sparked the idea for a new venture. From this inspiration, Signature Pillows was born. For the last twenty years, the company has been dedicated to crafting exquisite pillows, cut, sewn, and assembled with pride right here in the United States.
